Like Gardien....H&K USP with one in the pipe....first shot is DA and then SA after that.

G19 is always ready to go. Safe handling, confidence in the safeties & holsters that fully cover trigger are the key.

I ALWAYS keep one in the chamber. I have done courses of fire under stress, and it is amazing how long it can take you to get your gun to condition 0 when you get the adrenaline dump and heart rate up. So long as you keep in mind the fundamentals of firearms safety you will have absolutely nothing to worry about.
